1. Ownership

All content inside the Veyri Labs community including but not limited to website prompts, sales scripts, SOP templates, case studies, training materials, and any other resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Syntra Financial LLC DBA Veyri Labs. All rights reserved.

2. License

Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials inside the community for your own business purposes only.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, copy, screenshot for public use, or reproduce any community materials in any form. You may not share your login credentials or Discord access with any other person. You may not use community materials to create a competing product or service.

4. Enforcement

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of your membership without refund. Syntra Financial LLC DBA Veyri Labs reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages resulting from violation of these terms including but not limited to intellectual property theft and breach of contract.

5. No Refunds on Crypto Payments

All payments made in cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Action-Based Refund Policy

Fiat currency payments are eligible for a refund within 30 days only if the member can demonstrate they used at least 3 prompts on real client projects and attended the community for 30 days without results. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@veyrilabs.com with documentation.

7. Disclaimer

Syntra Financial LLC DBA Veyri Labs makes no guarantee of income or results. All case studies and member wins represent individual results that may not be typical. Your results depend entirely on your effort and execution.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Charleston County, South Carolina.
